My faithful friend passed away this morning. One month before his 12th Birthday. He was not feeling his best the last few days, but I was not ready for this.
but I won't! Reading the paper every morning is worse than drinking too much the night before and having a hang over the next day. Our world is suffering from: global warming (although I do not mind if it is warm), corruption on every level of society (the worse is that which passes off as totally legal!), mothers killing their children (I know that little kids can be very trying, but to actually kill one - I leave my daughter alone in the house for a few moments to let off steam, but I never could actually kill her!!!), the currency exchange rates, the amount that so called CEOs, CFOs, Managers..... etc earn! For what!! how can someone be a manager of a company and part take on the boards of various other companies.....
Ok I was getting a little carried away there and did mention that I would not!
Ok - the bug has bit me and bit me hard! I actually went and bought a BJD doll. And what is more scary - I actually have to unpack her at least once everyday and play.
If anyone has a remedy I don't want to hear about it. I am happy with this infection. And would in fact recommend it to anyone!
Had to lie on the forest floor to take this picture..... have more but he pulls himself into his shell every time I got closer.
Funny how you go in the woods and there is life all around. Bugs, snails, small furry creatures and the occasional deer. BUT when you take your camera into the woods they all go into hiding.
I looked everywhere - sat on a log for almost an hour - but nothing. I heard some creatures under the leaves, but they never popped into view. I could have gone digging for them. But I think that I would not like to be scared out of hiding so left them in peace.
Mr. Snail however did me the favor of coming out of his shell for my photo. Funny how this guy goes over the little bushel of grass instead of around it!!!!!
My first entry and nothing to say. So thought I would just post something of great importance to me.
My happy dog! Old but in good shape and still a lot of fun.
Just yesterday we went for a run and after 30 minutes I think he had enough. He has not moved from his spot in the sun today for once. Not even when someone with a dog walked by our garden.
